The Pink Door is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

All items that are returned or exchanged or refunded must be sent back using USPS or Canada Post. We will not accept packages otherwise.

Items must be in original condition and must not be damaged or worn and must have original tags on them. Items that are damaged or missing original tags will not be accepted. All Sale, custom made, personal care and intimate apparel items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged. All Sales are Final.
